Job Description
- We are looking to hire candidate for Ground Staff
- Location: Kolkata
- The Candidates must possess very good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities and Duties
- The candidate should be able to manage and handle customer queries
- Should check all tickets of passengers before entrance
- Must Guide customers in managing all luggage related queries
- Must be able to handle objections without hesitation
- Stock up all refreshments correctly
- Must ensure safety of all customers
- Should help & Guide them on take off
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Freshers will be preferred
- Qualification: 10th/12th passouts
- Age: 18 years-32 years
- Graduates will also be considered
- Good communication skills
