About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with channel-specific marketing teammates (blogging, email, social media, etc.) to identify areas for growth
2. Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, out of home, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization
3. Conduct and present competitive analysis and market research (target market) for clients
4. Propose creative new projects to attract new prospects and convert leads to test new approaches while capturing existing demand
5. Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results
6. Analyze, recommend and lead the implementation of improvement initiatives for various projects
7. Identify industry trends and insights
8. Drive traffic to our website, landing pages, social media, apps, etc through both organic and paid

Other requirements
1. Must have a bachelors in sales, advertising, marketing, or business major
2. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
3. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced start-up team environment
4. Must have good experience with web analytics, A/B testing tools, and SEO factors
5. Must have previous working experience as a Digital Marketing for 0-1 years
6. Must have outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills along with attention to details
