(Walk-in interview for Guest Faculty)
Tezpur University is looking for Guest Faculty Civil Engineering for the Spring Semester 2020
Engineering Graphics Department of Civil Engineering (01 No.)
1. Essential: First Class Master’s Degree in the concerned subject. 2. Notwithstanding the above, the following conditions may be considered desirable: (i) Teaching, research, industrial and / or professional experience in a reputed organization; (ii) Papers presented at Conferences and / or published in refereed journals. (iii)A Ph.D. degree.
Emoluments: Appointed Guest Faculties will be paid Rs.1,500/- per lecture subject to a maximum of Rs.50,000/- per month. No other allowances will be admissible.
NOTE: a) The minimum requirement of educational qualification, etc. is as per the “UGC Regulations on Minimum Qualifications for Appointment of Teachers and Other Academic Staff in Universities and Colleges and Measures for the Maintenance of Standards in Higher Education, 2018” and the same regulation will be applicable for screening of applications / candidates. b) The selected candidates may also be engaged for another semester, if required.
