Guest Faculty/ Medical Officer /Physical Instructor recruitment in Central University of Tamil Nadu

Medical Officer /1Post
Essential: Recognized Medical Degree (MBBS) of any University and Registered with the Indian Medical Council and completion of rotating internship.
Desirable: a) Post Graduate Degree in General Medicine or equivalent recognized by Medical Council of India. b) MBBS with two years of experience.
Age: Not exceeding 40 years.
For Physical Instructor (Male and Female) (on temporary engagement)
Essential: a) A Master’s Degree in Physical Education or Master’s Degree in Sports Science with at least 55% Marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) with a consistently good academic record.
b) Record of having represented the University/College at the Inter-University /InterCollegiate competitions or the State and /or National championships.
c) Qualifying in the national level test conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any other agency approved by the UGC.
d) Passed the physical fitness test conducted in accordance with these regulations e) However candidates, who are or have been awarded Ph.D. degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D. Degree) Regulations 2009, shall be exempted from the requirements of the minimum eligibility conditions of NET.
Desirable: At least two years of coaching experience from any recognized institute.
Age: Not exceeding 55 years.
a. Medical Officer – Rs.55,000/- per month
b. Physical Instructor – Rs. 35,000/- per month
Superannuated teachers may also be considered for engagement as Guest Faculty subject to a maximum age limit of 70 years.

Eligibility: A Master degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) in a concerned/relevant/allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University. Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the University Grants Commission (Minimum standards and Procedure for Award of M.Phil/Ph.D. degree) Regulations, 2009 of 2016 and their amendments from time to time as the case may be exempted from NET. Further, the qualification for guest faculty shall be at par with the minimum qualification for Assistant Professors of Universities in UGC Regulations, 2018.
Selected candidates shall be paid an Honorarium of Rs 1500/- per lecture subject to a maximum of Rs. 50,000 /- per month
