1. Guest Faculty Positions - Dept. of Politics & International Studies

No. of Posts : 3 (UR-2, OBC-1)

Qualification :  Post-Graduate Degree in Political Science/Politics and International Studies/Public Administration/Development Administration/Development Studies with minimum of 55% marks and UGC-NET or Ph.D in Political Science/Intemational Studies/Public Administration as per UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D Degree) Regulations 2009. Preference will be given to Ph.D degree holders.

Salary : Honorarium of Rs. 1,000/- per lecture subject to a maximum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty Five Thousand Only) per month.

2. Guest Faculty - Dept. of Library & Information Science

No. of Post  :  1 (General)

Qualification  : Master's Degree in Library and Information Science with UGC-NET or Ph.D.

Preference : Ph.D. Holder

Honorarium : Rs. 1,000/- per lecture subject to a maximum of Rs. 25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) per month

3. Guest Faculty Positions - Dept. of Hindi

No. of Posts :  2 (SC-1, General -1)

Qualification :  Postgraduate Degree in Hindi with a Minimum of 55 % marks and must have cleared UGC-NET. Ph.D. in Hindi [preference will be given to Ph.D. Degree Holders]

Honorarium :  An Honorarium of Rs. 1000/- per Lecture subject to a Maximum of Rs. 25,000/- per month

4. Guest Faculty Positions - Dept. of Commerce, Karaikal Campus

No. of Posts :  : 3 (of which OBC-1, GT- 2)

Qualification : (I) Postgraduate degree in Commerce with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade and (ii) UGC-NET or Ph Din Commerce as per UGC (Minimum standards and procedure for Award of Ph D Degree) Regulations 2009 (Relaxation applicable as per UGC / University norms)

Salary : Honorarium of Rs. 1000/- per lecture (Subject to a maximum of Rs. 25,000/- per month)

5. Guest Faculty – Dept. of Mathematics

No. of Posts : 2 (SC-1 & General-1)

Qualification :  Good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system followed) at the Master's Degree level in mathematics from an Indian University. or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University.  Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have either Ph.D degree as per UGC Regulations 2010 or cleared the NET conducted by the UGC, CSIR.

Salary : An Honorarium of Rs. 1000/- per lecture, subject to a maximum of Rs. 25000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) per month.

Qualification :  Postgraduate Degree in Sanskrit with a Minimum of 55% marks and must have cleared UGC-NET. Ph.D. in Sanskrit [preference will be given to Ph.D. Degree Holders.]
