Job Description:
- Attend to customers courteously and deal promptly with their requests and queries.
- Organise lunch by tracking the number of employees at the location every day.
- Answer calls that are directed to the location.
- Give walk-in tours to customers.
- Handling customer complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
- Co-ordinate with housekeeping & Security for day to day activities.
- Manage inventory sheets & petty cash.
- Collect payments, make invoices and update daily sales report.
- Regulate the usage of the workspace by managing Pass, Access Card & Member id etc.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays.
The GRE has to work 6 days a week including Saturdays & Sundays, the weekly off will be on a weekday.
Education and Experience:
1+ years of administration/operations/Customer Service can apply.
Good communication skills, people skills & attitude is all that matters.
Polite language and well-groomed behavior in his/her relation with the customers, colleagues and staff.
