Job Description
- Responsible for attending guests courteously and deal promptly with their requests and queries.
- Have detailed information about the Project,
Locality, and Approach.
- Good command of the English language is essential, both written and verbal
- Must possess strong organization time management skills, attention to detail.
- Must be guest service focused and a team player.
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality are essential.
- Must be able to work shifts - days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to relate well to guests and employees.
- Professional in demeanor and presentation.
- Personable, enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Observant, discriminating and detail-oriented
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Maintain data of employees, vendors during entry and exit
- Assist in ensuring correctness of incoming and outgoing Calls
- Quick and courteous response to the caller in a clear and concise manner.
- Escorting visitors to the conference rooms
- Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the end users satisfaction
- Operate telephone at the reception in office hours.
- Managing the Visitor at the Reception.
