- Implement all SOPs
- Ensure Sales and Profitability through excellent customer service
- Drive sales through up and cross selling
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Exposure:
- Diploma in Any Catering Course/ Diploma in Hotel Management/ BHM Fresher
- Minimum 2 year of experience in handling F&B Retail unit as a Hostess/ Stewardess units
- F& B Retail or related industry exposure
Operation:
- Ensure guest comfort
- Order Taking
- Handle the customer complaints
- Ensure the marketing & promotion ideas are implemented to increase walk-ins & sales
- Customer Service/ Follow ups
- Service Recovery
- Inventory management
- Maintain SOP checklist
- Asset & Equipment maintenance
- Maintain Reports
- Handle billing compliances
- To be a part of Team Briefing
- Appraise subordinates
- Escalate Grievance issues
- Authority
- Escalate integrity issues
- Escalate Customer Complaints to the Café In charge
