- Ensure and provide flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service experiences.
- Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of gym members.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide strategic direction.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- 1-5 years in Handling Guest Relations/Customer Service/Client coordination/Front Office/Help Desk.

- Any Graduate /Undergraduate
