Looking for a fun, energetic and customer-focused executive to be a Game Master at The Escape Hunt Experience Hyderabad. The successful candidate will have a sunny disposition, strong communication skills, a desire to work with people, and a sense of fun and love for puzzles.

Looking for a fun, energetic and customer-focused executive to be a Game Master at The Escape Hunt Experience Hyderabad. The successful candidate will have a sunny disposition, strong communication skills, a desire to work with people, and a sense of fun and love for puzzles.
Responsibilities
- Handle phone bookings and queries
- Greet customers if the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is not available
- Use the booking system to check customer bookings
- Conduct pre-game briefings with customers
- Be capable of handling large groups and ensuring that unruly customers do not get out of hand
- Watch the games and give assistance when required
- Offer refreshments to customers after the game and take photos of them at the designated photo wall
- Ensure feedback forms are filled out
- Manage the company's social media pages when there are no customers
- Assist with problem handling
- Cash and payment-handling
Requirements
- Fluent in English and proficient in Hindi and Telegu
- Ready to work flexible hours including weekends
- A people-person
- Enthusiastic
- Graduate in any field
