Job Description
- EXPERIENCE: 4-8 Yrs
POSITION SUMMARY:
- Attend to guests courteously and deal promptly with their requests and queries.
- Check on VIP guest movements, complete their pre-registration formalities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling all queries and phone calls at the reception desk
- Handling the POS system and billing at the desk
- Familiarizing clients with our offerings – Memberships, Birthdays, Gift Vouchers and Merchandise etc.
- Handle birthday party bookings & queries and coordinating with the Marketing & Events Manager.
- Pro-actively assist in selling Memberships.
- Client servicing with members.
- Assisting and briefing parents/guardians with our rules of play, rate card, membership packages etc.
- Checking of cleanliness of the entire play center and filling cleanliness sheet.
- Handling the school group morning and proactively calling schools.
- Updating the Valet tracker on the daily basis.
- Assisting with the monthly stock count for Merchandise, Socks etc.
- Checking the stationery supplies and ordering should be done.
- Ensure all promotional material, forms & disclaimers are up to date.
- Assisting with other duties as directed and required
