3. Education Qualification and Experience:
I) Possess a bechelor’s degree in Printing Technology obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India; or any other educational institutions recognised as such or declared to be deemed as University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; and
a) have about two years experience on the post not below the rank of Machine Overseer or Binding Overseer or Standard Overseer or Head Examiner or Senior Estimator, Class III, in the subordinate service of the Directorate of Government Printing and Stationery, Gujarat State; or
b) have about two years separate or combined experience in modern composing or printing or binding system or industrial cost accounting and estimating related to printing industries. Such experience shall be gained in the printing press having at least two offset printing machine and other printing machinery on the post which can be considered equivalent to the post not below the rank of Machine Overseer or Binding Overseer or Standard Overseer or Senior Estimator or Head Examiner, Class III, in the subordinate service of the Directorate of Government Printing and Stationery, Gujarat State; or
II) Possess a diploma in Printing Technology obtained from Technical Examination Board or any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institutions recognised as such or declared to be deemed as University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; and
a) have about four years experience on the post not below the rank of Machine Overseer or Binding Overseer or Standard Overseer or Head Examiner or Senior Estimator, Class III, in the subordinate service of the Directorate of Government Printing and Stationery, Gujarat State; or
b) have about four years separate or combined experience in modern composing or printing or binding system or industrial cost accounting and estimating related to printing industries. Such experience shall be gained in the printing press having at least two offset printing machine and other printing machinery on the post which can be considered equivalent to the post not below the rank of Machine Overseer or Binding Overseer or Standard Overseer or Senior Estimator or Head Examiner, Class III, in the subordinate service of the Directorate of Government Printing and Stationery, Gujarat State,
