Responsibilities

Answer and direct
phone calls

Meet & Greet with the Clients, Complete all Front Desk
Tasks

Act as first point
of contact for visitors
·
Handling all walk-ins and enquires and
telephonic maintaining front desk
·
Execute gym tour for walk ins
·
Responsible for selling memberships at club through marketing
& promotional activities
·
Should be familiar with gym equipment
·
Good Communication skills & patience
·
Organize & maintain cleanliness of the gym, equipment
& restrooms
·
Informs visitors by answering or
referring inquiries
·
Keeps a safe and clean reception
area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Other Tasks/Expectations
·
Maintaining Decorum
of reception
·
Being proactive in
all the task assigned and taking end to end responsibility of the tasks been
assigned
