Position:H.R Manager/ Admin
Designation: Human Resource
Qualification:Minimum Graduation in any discipline, MBA is a added advantage
Location:Mangalore / Bangalore
Experience:2 to 10 years of experience
Responsibility :
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
- Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
- Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, and interviewing program.
- Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
- Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Skills:Hiring, Human Resources Management, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Communication Processes, Compensation and Wage Structure, Supports Diversity, Classifying Employees, Team work
- Knowledge:Exposure to MS office
- Salary:Based on experience, not a limitation for right candidate
