General Description:

The Beauty Therapist is responsible for delivering beauty treatments to guests, clients and members; promoting sales of goods and attracting repeat business.

Duties:

perform all aspects of beauty treatments
meet and greet all clients, visitors and members
perform reception duties - answering phone, booking appointments, assisting leisure staff behind the reception in available times
taking payments when available
re-booking clients when available
keeping treatment rooms up to an acceptable standard of cleanliness
promote and make sales of products
deal with complaints and hand over to Senior Beauty Therapist or Spa Manager if necessary
submit weekly time sheets to Senior Beauty Therapist for authorisation
ensure the safety and well being of all beauty clients at all times
provide a friendly, efficient and courteous service to all members/guests at all times providing a high standard of customer care
You may be required to train as a company first aider and administer first aid to employees and clients if necessary
