Job Description

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on selected custom software, networking, broadband, and internet management
2. Work on asset management within the organization
3. Support the administration of MS O365 system, SharePoint
4. Help resolve the majority of installation, license, configuration-related issues
5. Perform problem reproduction and diagnose problems
6. Prepare process flow charts
7. Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations
8. Assist in evaluating customer feedback scores
9. Assist in keeping documentation up to date

Note: You may require to work after office hours for server upgrade-related work, and maintenance.
