- OS Installation/ Trouble shooting of client OS (Windows XP/7/8)
- Product knowledge of desktop, laptop, printer, basic networking parts
- Assembling / integration of computer parts
- Configuration of OS/Networking Printer
- Installation and configuration of Antivirus
- Should have knowledge about CCNA - Routing and Switching
- Should have knowledge about Microsoft Server MCITP or MCSA
- Should have knowledge about Linux Technology RHCSA & RHCE
- Should have knowledge about Certified Ethical Hacking Certification.
