Responsibilities

Electronic circuit design and simulation for BMS, BLDC motor Controller, telematics and other EV electronics boards.
Draft the schematic for different EV electronics boards.
Design calculation, worst case calculation, component selection, alternate part search and documentations.
Create the test plan for the different stage of the hardware testing.
Execute and prepare the report of the board testing.
Responsible to follow all the hardware design process for different phase of hardware design.

Requirements

Familiar with a variety of microcontrollers including Microchip, TI, NXP, and ARM-based embedded processors.
Experience in HW design process for automotive product.
Experience with CAD packages (Altium/ORCAD) for schematic capture and PCB artwork design.
Experience with electrical/electronic components used in BMS, Telematics, VCU, CCU and BLDC motor controller HW design and development.
Design experience on handling EMI/EMC concerns for automotive standard.
Experience with high current power semiconductors (IGBT's, MOSFETs, Diodes), gate drive and protection circuit design.
Experience in the selection and use of microcontrollers and programmable logic devices and their peripheral circuitry (signal conditioning, board-level power supplies).
Good understanding of PSPICE analog simulation.
Candidate must have good English communication skills - both written and oral.
Self- motivated, team player with ability to work in fast- paced environment
