• Required Skill :
  
• Routing and Switching experience.
  
• Knowledge about Routing protocols.
  
• Service provider (ISP) Coordination.
  
• Working Experience on Managing different firewall products like Fortinet, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Sophos and etc.
  
• Monitoring tool Knowledge
  
• Hands on experience on various models and types of routing devices like Link Load Balancers and etc.
  
• Hands on experience on L2, L3 switch, VLAN, DNS, DHCP etc.
  
• Hands on experience on Endpoint security.
  

• As part of the Network Operations within The Chennai Silks, you will be responsible for the front-line support of IT network and communication services across our business.
  
• The role will consist of: Utilization of network management tools to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve network and communication events and incidents (including performance) across the corporate network.
  
• Configuring new networks when necessary.
  
• Work directly with internal departments and external support partners to troubleshoot and resolve events and incidents. 
• Leverage established work instructions and operating procedures to execute corrective actions and/or escalation requirements while responding to network and communications events and incidents.
  
• Maintain records across corporate tools in accordance with established work instructions and operating procedures. 
• Review, understand, apply and suggest improvements across all tools, work instructions and operating procedures used within daily operations.
