About GramworkX

We aim to revolutionize the way farmers utilize water for agriculture, by providing a data-based decision support system, using on-ground Internet of Things (IoT) technology and real-time analytics. We have developed a cloud-based smart farm resource management tool, which helps the farmers guide, optimizes and monitor utilization of water. We are quantifying and providing analytical insights into water consumption patterns across fields and soil types and providing data support systems into the amount of water required for irrigation. This will enable optimal water consumption using automation and capability building tools to enable resource management.

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working with the team to develop an IoT device
2. Setting-up and configuring the device, test, and continuous improvement

Should have knowledge/ worked on ESP32, MQTT, Firmware, OTA

Who can apply

Other requirements

1. Familiarity with microprocessor/microcontroller architectures as well as interconnect protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, USB) and sensor data acquisition

2. Experience developing IoT (Internet-of-Things) applications, and an appreciation for the challenges around reliable data transmission, edge-cloud interfaces, and processing data on the edge

3. At least 1-2 years of embedded software development experience in C/C++, RTOS, IPC

4. Proficient in data structures, algorithms, operating system concepts, and networking protocols

5. Strong background in Analog, Digital, and embedded systems design

6. Network protocol i.e. HTTP, TCP/IP, MQTT, WiFi, BLE
