About Shiroi Energy
We are a solar power plant and renewable energy company that started in 2012 - registered with MNRE and TEDA. We provide complete end-to-end solutions including engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services for our customers seeking to build solar power plants.
We assist customers seeking to use solar power right from the planning stage through the entire operational life of the project. This includes providing our customers with a complete financial return and cash flow analysis of the solar power project including providing advisory service, also provide end to end installation operation maintenance, energy audit, and consultation

About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research, design, implement and manage programs
2. Identify any problem's source and create the best solution
3. Use strong program architecture principles to design and draft blueprints
4. Collaborate with other relevant parties, such as software engineers
5. Approach complex issues with curiosity and determination rather than frustration
6. Think outside the box (it results in innovative designs and novel solutions to problems)
7. Examine logically the steps taken, make corrections and produce better results
8. Work on different projects simultaneously and stay aware of competing
