- Troubleshooting hardware and software related problem
- Troubleshooting LAN network problems including Peer to Peer and client server systems
- Installation and configuration of Network Operating System
- Creating and maintaining e-Mails accounts in Microsoft Outlook & Outlook Express
- Sharing internet and mail through Microsoft Exchange server
- Creating accounts of users over Linux & MS servers with data migration & rights assigning
- Sharing IT infrastructure such as printers over network
- Installation, configuration and trouble-shooting of wireless routers
- Sharing internet connection over DSL in bridged and routing modes
- Sharing internet and mail through Microsoft Exchange server
