Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network.
- Setup desktop computers and peripherals and troubleshoot network connections.
- Install and Configure in troubleshoot Network / Switches / Retours
- Providing End User, System Level and preliminary level network security
- Install and test desktop software applications and internet browsers.
- Extend computer support for systems software and hardware.
- Setup computers and install software for various applications and programs.
- Interact with staff on desktop problems and their resolution.
- Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers and resolve associated problems.
- Configure and install various network devices and services
