Job Description
- Customer Support Representative CSR has to support the client through chat or email support.
- CSR has to ensure that he/she solve all the queries via chat or email support from his/her end.
- CSR has to Diagnose & troubleshoot Router/Switches/Modem/Gears device
- CSR will be responsible to solve all the queries of customers on the given AHT
- CSR has to maintain AHT and QC as per the company policy
- CSR would be working for 10 hours shift from 9: 00 am to 8:00 pm.
- CSR would be reporting on daily basis to their senior manager/floor manager/operation manager
- CSR will work in single shift as per UK timing.
- Salary & perks will be given as per the company policy between 10,000 to 25,000 per month.
