- Experience in Installation and troubleshooting of Windows OS
- Experience in troubleshooting of Office 365
- Experience in installation and troubleshooting of MS Office 16
- Hands on in Monitoring, Installation, Encryption and decryption of Antivirus software
- Experience in helpdesk handling and ticketing system
- Must provide LAN support
- Basic knowledge on Switching Firewall

- Knowledge on Tally
