- Pc Assembling & all types of drives installation.
- All types of Operating Systems Installing(DOS, Windows XP, Windows 7,Windows 8)
- Providing Operating system maintenance, management, customization and trouble shooting.
- Providing desktop computer software and hardware support, configuration, repair, maintenance and installation.
- Computer networking, internet configuration, Remote assistance, Remote desktop.
- Configuring Outlook & Mail Backup.
- Installation, configuration DHCP server
- Configuring and Maintaining Print services for the organization
- Troubleshooting LAN issues, coordinating with Internet service providers for Internet related issues
- Coordinated with vendors for hardware replacement and warranty related issues.
