Job Description
- Knowledge and experience of Windows and related utilities and hardware
- Experience of troubleshooting Windows Server issues by providing
detailed, written root cause analysis and action plans for permanent
resolution
- Extensive knowledge of SAN storage and the ability to present storage to Windows OS (mandatory requirement)
- Extensive knowledge of IIS and the ability to complete code deployments (mandatory requirement)
- Experience of publishing Citrix applications
- Knowledge of load balancing of Citrix applications
- Exposure to Citrix gateway
- Experience of Citrix environment migration
- Ability to troubleshoot BAU issues
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Identity management
- knowledge of Windows Operating System
- Knowledge experience with O365 - Exchange Online
- knowledge of VMWare ESXi 5.0 - 5.5, Windows 2003 - 2012, SAN Storage, Exchange 2010 and 2007.
- Knowledge of technical knowledge of Windows 200x/Intel based server OS
and hardware administration, configuration, installation, and
troubleshooting.
