Job Description
- Having good knowledge on Remote desktop tools (SSCM, Logme-in, )
- Good inter-personal, attitude and communication skills(Email and Phone) with the ability to deal with users at all levels in organization and customer service orientation
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Especially Outlook, MS Excel and Power Point).
- Experience in supporting and troubleshooting Desktop, Laptops Applications and Windows Operating System through remote!
- MCP, MCSA Citrix, Oracle, Siebel client, ITIL trained and knowledge of Ticketing tool as Remedy, will be added advantage
- Exposure on remote management tools and workflow.
- Ability to logically and effectively prioritize, schedule work and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Extremely motivated team player with solid organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Should also be flexible for work in shifts and weekend.
- Good working knowledge of DL creation /Modification, LAN authentication management through Active Directory and handling Active Directory related cases.
- Providing rights and permissions on various File servers (NAS/SAN).
- Managing and modification in OU.
- Managing and Granting rights on FTP servers.
- Basic Knowledge of Exchange 2007 /2010 console and system administration,
- Experience in supporting and troubleshooting of mail flow and related issues ( Mail Delay / bouncing )
- MCP, MCSA, ITIL trained and knowledge of Ticketing tool as Remedy, will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Networking ,VPN, TCP/IP, Antivirus, Microsoft Lync,
