Required Qualification:-

*Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream.

Client Site, DLF Cyber city, Gurgaon / Gurugram.

Required Work Experience:
*Any Graduate Candidate with min One Year of Work Experience in International E-Mail Customer Service are eligible for this opening.
*Good Knowledge of MS Office is an added advantage.
*Candidates who can Join Immediately need to apply

Must have:-

* Excellent Spoken & Written English.

Skill set Required :-

*Excellent English Written Communication Skills.
*Strong E-Mail Writing Skills with focus on Customer Service.
*Solving Customer Queries Via E-Mail.

*Order Management experience is preferred.

Shifts:- Early morning shifts from 6 AM to 4 PM
Week offs Any 2 days in a week

Written Test related to Emails.
Operations / Client Interview.
