Job Description
We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Managing large operations teams of more than 100+
Hands on experience in vast operational areas such as: acquiring, issuing, charge back, fraud and non-fraud transactions and onboarding
Managing contact center operations: front office and back office team
Managing billing disputes from merchants for fraud and non-fraud transactions
Supporting account clarification processes
Maintaining performance management, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction as per SLA
Internal stakeholder management and operations
Experience in transformation and automation
Relevant experience should be more than 8 to 18 years
Must have managed large teams
Recent experience working in global environment of more than 8 years
Hands on experience in merchant services and cards business.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong people leader and able to lead multicultural teams.
