- Should be able to independently manage the whole preschool wing under the guidance of the principal
- Hands-on Command on Phonetics, L.S.R.W skills and preschool pedagogy
- Planning, managing the various events & activities which could be academic , extracurricular or promotional, maintaining the decorum of the school by properly managing the students & staff.
- Train the staff to maintain global standards of preschool wing
