Change the future with us As Head of Finance for Siemens Mobility (SMO) India and head of the finance organization you will represent the country in the Region In role of SMO – Head of Finance together with the SMO CEO you are fully responsible for the P&L for business on own account and facilitates the joint business of the HQ Units with the Country You will direct, control, and administer the financial activities of the Siemens Mobility business in India You provide the SMO CEO and the Siemens Limited with financial assessments and information to meet business activities and corporate goals Revenue approx. 12.5 Billion INR per annum in a complex regional business environment, SMO India being part of the Siemens Limited (Listed Company) You will manage the SMO finance community within the Country (e.g. key staffing, career development, competence development, performance assessments, talent development, foster diversity, organizational development, best practice sharing) You will manage 7-10 direct reports and 40 Subordinate positions in the commercial and finance reporting structure. Matrix reporting relationship through to Regional SMO CFO and Siemens Country CFO, India You are Head of finance of SMO India, As the trusted partner of the Country CEO, together accountable for the implementation of the Country strategy and the realization of strategic and financial targets You are responsible for strengthen regional empowerment and enable the organization to grow own business across complete SMO portfolio Use your skills to move the world forward You are post graduate in accounting or economics, CA/Masters from premier institute will be preferred You have 10-15 years’ experience in finance/accounting with leadership experience of >5 years You have significant senior experience working in a multi-national environment and a matrix organization You are an experienced professional in B2B industry/Project business You have high level business experience and acumen Make your mark in our exciting world at Siemens This role is based in Gurgaon.
