What You'll Be Doing:
• Operations:
o Leading operations with strategic thinking and improved efficiency by lean processes
o Elevating bottlenecks and resolving disputes
o Development and implementation of strategies designed to grow business
o Implement a high-quality work environment measured through customer satisfaction
ratings
o Building and optimizing processes to prepare for hyper-growth
o Diminish regulatory risks by overseeing adherence to regulations.
• Leadership: Exploring and defining which projects the team should prioritize, and setting a
timeline to reach goals quickly.
• Strategy and Business: Work closely with the entire leadership team in charting growth plans.
Proactive setup of contingency and tactical processes.
• Data Security: Development of Data security framework and Policies in compliance with best
standards practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement
and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices considering global standards, productivity
improvement, and cost reduction.
• Reporting: Ensure that all required reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet
business requirements, policies, and quality standards.
What You'll Need:
• Relevant experience of 13+ years.
• Experience in Banking / Financial Services sector is non-negotiable.
• Demonstrated experience and success in scaling businesses.
• Outstanding people and process leadership experience, ideally managing large operations.
• Track record in delivering transformational and strategic leadership initiatives.
• Extensive knowledge and experience deploying digital tools in a large operation and delivering
superior client experience and operational efficiency
• Strong work ethic/ integrity/ excellent use of discretion and judgment, to be flexible to the needs
of the business.
• Innovation, aggression, hunger for growth, and Tech savvy.
• High level of cultural awareness and ability to sensitively adjust the delivery style to appropriate
audiences and stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to execute each project flawlessly with a positive “can-do” attitude.
• Innate need to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments.
• Love and passion for solving problems.
• Ability to notice small things.
• To be data-driven, analytical thinker with start-up and public company experience.
Nice To Have:
• FinTech exposure.
• Project management experience.
• Broad knowledge of reporting and control around reporting process is a definite plus.
• Understanding and knowledge of Equity space.
