Job Description

  • Infoage Technologies is looking for a high-performing and dynamic IT Sales Head for multiple locations Himachal / Jammu and Kashmir / Punjab / Haryana / Delhi / Rajasthan / Uttarakhand
  • The desired candidate should meet our customer acquisition and Target driven revenue growth objectives. 
  • Responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans leading to execution of these plans and successful achievement of financial targets, understanding customer trend and team management. 
  • Understand customer business needs and objectives and communicate the same to higher management
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Promote and advocate the company’s brand in the market
  • Build regional business for the company from scratch (Lead to prospects to Customer)
  • Build and manage remote working regional team
  • Owner of regional Revenue generation for the company
  • Managing the record of team’s daily activities on CRM tool and manage the team’s performance regularly
  • 7+ years sales experience in IT products and services
  • Familiar with target-based sales projects and have proved meeting or exceeding targets in past
  • Ability and attitude to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Should have experience generating leads and acquiring international projects and should have adequate exposure to Digital Marketing
  • Ability to create a motivated work environment and lead a dynamic team
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Is ready to work in a remote work culture for reporting and team handling
  • Familiar with online CRM and sales tool for reporting and data recording
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Good IT budget proposal and report writing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ready to accept new challenges for business growth
