Job Description
- Job Designation: - Health Manager
- Job Location: - (Patna, Bhubaneswar & Allahabad)
- Qualification required: - Candidate Minimum should be 12 pass +6 months of experience in Insurance domain.
- Language Proficiency: - English, Hindi Language (As applicable)
- Experience: - Minimum 6 month to 5 Year of experience in Health Insurance, Life Insurance & General Insurance sales Agent
- Salary Range: - Rs. 15000/- to Rs. 17000/- CTC per Month + (Unlimited Incentive)
- Profile: - Working as a front line executive engaging in Service led Sales, through Health Assessment of Individuals & thereby generating a need for Health care financing
- Identifying key influencers of healthcare and health insurance in the area.
- Undertaking door step health assessment of Individuals and support events in the area concerned.
- Be a champion for healthcare needs of the area and work closely with the key influencers.
- Manage a strong funnel of prospects and continuously increase the pool of Health Assessments.
- Maximize mobilization through regular follow-ups & strengthening of relationships with all stake holders
- Ability to work in a uninspired way (Self Motivated)
