Job Description

We are hiring for one of our clients.

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 0-10 Years
Salary: Best in the industry
Shift: Dusk Shift, night shift, dawn shift
Number of working days: 6 days for probation period

Requirements:

40 to 45 word per min
b pharmacy/ d pharmacy background candidates, with min 6 months experience
should be very fluent in English
Medical transcription knowledge is must.

Responsibilities:

To maintain thorough and updated information with respect to client profile, references, and author specific instructions.
To adhere to schedule provided by TL to achieve account-level SLA.
To diligently adhere to standard transcription rules to ensure client satisfaction and quality output. · To ensure all jobs picked are returned within turn around time.
To review correction reports on a daily basis to ensure learning from errors made or proofer grading.
If new joinee to clear the criteria to be able to send work directly to the client.
To upload 85% of work directly to client.
To achieve quality target of 99.70%.
To deliver 2 hrs volume (1200 lines) per scheduled working day.
To review correction reports on a daily basis to ensure learning from errors made.
To support/subordinate associates, executives, and specialists as buddies.
To deliver 2.2 hrs volume (1300 lines) per scheduled working day.
To double up on the role of covering QA-2S volume as necessary on specified accounts.
To achieve quality target of 99.70% while maintaining the error indices under 2% Critical Error Index, 12% Major Error Index, and 23% Minor Error Index.
To assist in transcription and ASR-QA as and when necessary.
