GeniQom Healthcare is hiring a full-time Recruiter to source, place and support travel healthcare providers. The demand for travel healthcare opportunities outweighs our supply of quality candidates

Job Title- Healthcare Recruiter (REMOTE) 

Comfortable to work in night shift (7:00 pm - 4:00 am IST)

Specialized area – Expertise with Nurse, Physicians and Medical Professionals

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively source and cultivate qualified healthcare candidates through various channels including our database, referrals, job boards, social media and more

• Work on Hospital requirements like Nurses, Doctors etc.

Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).

Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, Maintaining & building the candidate database.

Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with candidates and develop a strong understanding of their personal and professional goals

• Identify and discuss available assignment opportunities to meet candidate needs

• Facilitate submission and compliance process for placement

• Work with candidate, client and Coast corporate team to provide top-notch customer service and ensure Coast exceeds candidate and client expectations

• Achieve results and regularly surpass goals

• Positively add to corporate culture and work hard / have fun office vibe

Skills + Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven success in travel nurse recruiting across the USA.

Cand Must have own database.

Experience Healthcare/ Hospitals/ Pharma/ Scientific/ Clinical Recruitment.

Sound knowledge on handling positions from various Hospitals or Medical Departments like nurses, doctors, RN's will be a plus.

• Strong sense of discipline and responsibility to achieve results in a remote working environment

• An outgoing, gregarious people person who is obsessed with delivering for others

• Savvy in sourcing candidates, breaking the ice and developing quality relationships

• Good listener who asks the right questions to better understand candidates/client’s needs and deliver for them

• Strong organization skills to manage and prioritize multiple urgent initiatives

• Problem-solving mentality and desire to consistently improve
