Job Summary:
- Provide comprehensive support services to support centre customers. Use all available Knowledge Management Tools during the call.
- Take all necessary steps to ensure customer satisfaction at the end of the call.
- Knowledge about different Operating Systems (Windows 7, 8 & 10) Knowledge on Outlook, Printers & Scanner - installation, configuration, performance, and usage.
- Knowledge about Internet connectivity issues, WI-FI issues, VPN Networks.
- Laptop/Desktop issues like Blue Screens, Beep Sounds, OS errors and how to troubleshoot them.
- Differences between Internet and Intranet, their usage.
- Knowledge of various browsers.
- Hands-on Experience using different Office Suites like Office 2003, Office 2007 or 2010.
- Fresher: CTC - 2,00,000 - 2,70,000 + Bonus + Home Pickup & Drop Facility
- Experienced: CTC - 3,07,000 + 1100 + Food Coupon + Home Pickup & Drop Facility
- Qualification: Any Undergraduate/Graduate.
