Job Description:
The desired candidate should have good customer service orientation , should be at least a bachelor's degree holder.
The person would be responsible for
1. 1st level of phone and email support to our customers.
2. Servicing all existing customers through service engineers.
3. Offering and signing up customers for Annual Maintenance Contract.
The position is based out of our Hyderabad office and the office timing would be from 9 to 5, with 30 minutes lunch break.
The office dress code would be business casual on all days.
