Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
- Meeting and Greeting the customers at help desk
- Answering their queries regarding the concierge service.
- Handling customer queries over telephone/ in person.
- Collecting the required documents and cash for the concierge service request
- Should be ready to take care of queries received through inbound calls, walk in customers also
- should be able to process requests.
