Strong experience in handling large scale environments and having sound knowledge with hands on experience in IT Service Desk.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues L1 issues like printer, scanner issues and issues related to end user computing devices.
Provides first line investigation and diagnosis and promptly allocates unresolved issues as appropriate
Preferable experience in Retail domain, and literate about store and warehouse operations
Ability to troubleshoot issues with systems and networks using good deductive reasoning skill and troubleshooting & resolving issues related to end user network cabling.
Good written and oral communications skills with clients and management as well as people skills.
Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on-time.
Self- Driven and result oriented.
