We understand that the challenges in automating Indian food are enormous; the quality, taste, hygiene and not to mention the difficulty in preparing yummy and delicious food and making quality food available to a billion people. About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide technical assistance and support for incoming calls, creating and responding to tickets, taking detailed notes on tickets, accurately tracking time spent per ticket, and escalating the tickets
2. Perform other ad-hoc tasks
3. Visit the vendor's office
