Hello,
We have an urgent opening for Helpdesk Operator & Supervisor with our client.
Fresher / Experienced candidates
Helpdesk & Supervisors - 90 Nos.
The contract for 6 months/ May be renewable.
Location - Fort, Mumbai.
Salary - 10K - 20K per month
Min - 12th Pass
Marathi & Hindi is compulsory.
Computer knowledge.
Inbound/ Incoming calls of Disaster Management.
Inbound process.
Process for emergency situation.
No Sales/ No Target / No IT support.
Rotational Shift & 8 Hrs shift.
Salary on time.
Note - This is not a BPO Job.
