Hierarchy Manager- Designer/Reviewer

Responsibilities

-        Create client of BNPP CIB in Fenergo

-        Capture/ update  clients’ shareholdings structures and associations based on available clients’ documents/information in Fenergo

-        Upload all clients’  information related to ownership and organizational structure in Fenergo

-        Ensure the quality of data captured in Fenergo (perform 4 eyes check)

-        Formalize HM process in Standard Operating Procedure format

-        Train new joiners

Education & Experience 

-        Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, economics, management, or law

-        Work experience in financial institutions, preferably in a KYC analyst position or in a consulting firm working on KYC  / AML-TF issues would be a plus

Skills

-        Solid knowledge of AML-TF regulations and KYC requirements would be a plus

-        Strong capacity to adapt to new environments, processes, and tools

-        Excellent analytical skills

-        Strong risk awareness (compliance risk, data protection, etc.)

-        Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills

-        Fluent English. The capacity to analyze KYC documentation in any other language is an asset
