Job Description
With aims to develop an environment focusing on Early Education and empowering cultural diversity, EduBini, a newly established online platform offers you an opportunity to become a part of our online team as a Teacher. We facilitate our teachers with already planned and organised lessons. The Role:
Reporting to a senior teacher, and as a member of the teaching team, the role is:
• To teach one to one in virtual private sessions with pre-made lesson plans in Hindi.
• To participate to virtual group events.
• To support the assessment process of successfully progressing kids to their next educational level.
About You:
• Native Hindi Speaker, with proficiency in English;
• Holder of Bachelor of Education (BEd) and graduate with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), along with minimum 1 year working experience in early education industry; Or
• 4-year or above working experience in early education industry without BSc/BA degree
• Proven ability to quickly establish trust, networks and constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders projecting enthusiasm and establishing support through excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience of building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Proven passion for kids’ development that will allow you to gain credibility behind ideas and deliver results through structured and well-organised curriculum
• Ability to organise and manage workload.
