- Hermes i tickets is hiring Hindi Voice Process for our Concern.
- Designation: Customer Support Executive.
- Location: Perungudi, Chennai.
- Fresher / Experienced is also preferred.
Job Description:
- To take inbound calls and resolve customer queries
- Handle email queries, when needed.
- To maintain TAT in resolving queries as per internal process.
- Daily reporting and call tracking.
- Maintain call quality as per company standards.
Required Skills:
- Candidates must be able to speak Hindi.
- Should have basic knowledge in Computer Operating.
