  • Title: Sales Associate
  • Reports to: Subject Matter expert/ Team Lead Sales
  • Based at: Gurgaon

Job Description-

  • Ability to understand/ diagnose the customer's technical problem and action accordingly.
  • Responsible for individual sales revenue target (predetermined by the business).
  • Handling irate/demanding customers - where necessary, in a tactical manner.
  • Achieve Call Quality requirements as outlined via Call Monitoring Guidelines
  • Emphasizing on keywords, handling objections and using product/service benefits to respond to customer’s queries
  • Open to feedback & learning

Skills Required 

  • Should have sound knowledge of latest/upcoming products/processes & services
  • Should have excellent English communication skills.
  • Open to work in 24x7 / rotational shifts.
  • Minimum 12 months of relevant experience in an International Voice based process.
  • Experience in inbound Technical Sales.
  • Bachelor’s Degree/3 years diploma/12th passed out in 2011 or prior/Graduation drop out.
