Job Description
- Title: Sales Associate
- Reports to: Subject Matter expert/ Team Lead Sales
- Based at: Gurgaon
Job Description-
- Ability to understand/ diagnose the customer's technical problem and action accordingly.
- Responsible for individual sales revenue target (predetermined by the business).
- Handling irate/demanding customers - where necessary, in a tactical manner.
- Achieve Call Quality requirements as outlined via Call Monitoring Guidelines
- Emphasizing on keywords, handling objections and using product/service benefits to respond to customer’s queries
- Open to feedback & learning
Skills Required
- Should have sound knowledge of latest/upcoming products/processes & services
- Should have excellent English communication skills.
- Open to work in 24x7 / rotational shifts.
- Minimum 12 months of relevant experience in an International Voice based process.
- Experience in inbound Technical Sales.
- Bachelor’s Degree/3 years diploma/12th passed out in 2011 or prior/Graduation drop out.
