Job Description
Responsibilities: Assigning the task to the field force, explaining them the details on call and getting it done Working on multiple tech tools/platforms (Emails, WhatsApp, Calls, Messages, CRM, etc) tomaintain the workflow
Calling Field Executives on daily basis and Following up and providing the training as and when required.
Updating reports & information collected on the field into CRM

Understanding the procedural logic and perform the duties accordingly
Decision Making related to the Field Executive as to whom the specific tasks can be assigned;based on their location and basic tech savviness.
Operating the computer and mobile (Making calls on regular basis and sending WhatsApp message) for the assignment of the tasks to the Field Executives
