Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Position : Process Trainer
On time accurate delivery of training (modules)
Bridge the knowledge levels of associates on an ongoing basis by conducting regular process tests and coming out with the training program
Should be process driven, innovative, with strong communication and inter-personal Skills.
Calibrate regularly with Operations and understand/implement the changing requirements
Generate training related MIS
Update /Create Training Manuals whenever required
Assist trainees through nesting period to make them competent enough to start production
Conduct refresher trainings based on the AOI (Internal/External Audits)
Preparation and submission of periodic reports to client
To take calls / work in operations as per process/business requirement
Preparation and submission of periodic reports to client.
To process transactions for hands on experience calls whenever required.
To maintain data in SAP and other reporting routines as required by process and procedure.
To maintain data in Portals and other reporting routines as required by process and procedure
Familiarize & Adhere to TBSS's information security & quality policies and standards that relate to one's work.
Protecting the confidentiality and integrity of information (client/business related) used in course of work at all times, including, but not limited to, user ids & passwords.
Awareness of access rights to information & information systems.
Reporting information security incidents including, but not limited to, suspected viruses immediately.
Ensure that critical data is in the folders where it can be backed up & same is informed to Technology.
To be a backup trainer for others and ready to work in shifts whenever required
Education Qualification:- Any Graduate
Minimum Experience:- 1Yrs Trainer experience(preferably form BPO)
