Job Description
- Giving online training session through webinar to customers.
- Handle customer pre joining queries through session & manage customer calls.
- Laptop / Desktop with high speed Internet access (1 Mbps or above)
- Audio headset (headphones, microphone), Broadband Connection (Wi-Fi) or 3g/4g internet connectivity, Landline or Android Mobile phone are vital.
- Good communication and convincing skills in your native/ local languages
- Basic English communication skill
- Any graduate or above educational qualification
- 5-9 work hours in a day.
- Remuneration is based on number of online training sessions conducted
